Who We Are

Restaurant Consulting Group (RCG) was established in 2005 to assist local restaurateurs in optimizing their financial resources and enhancing their competitiveness within an industry built on the smallest margins. As a cooperative of independent restaurant owners, RCG collaborates to procure the products and services required at volume discounts typically reserved for large multi-unit restaurant chains.

 

RCG’s mission is to empower these independents by providing them with the purchasing power necessary to achieve “chain volume pricing” while preserving their independence.

 

With a rapidly expanding customer base and an increasing number of vendors eager to partner with RCG, the organization has achieved significant success. RCG is committed to delivering exceptional programs and providing world-class customer service to its valued members.
